Polyethylene waxes emulsion.

Polyglas D4218/M must be protected from frost during transport and storage
 

Properties

Good wet scratch resistance during filling process. Protection during bottles transportation. Reduce glass fractures during filling and transport.

Containers for food

All the ingredient in Polyglas D4218 M have been approved by CEE Directive project:CSPM 2356 Synoptic 7 of 15/05/1994.

Application

Polyglas D4218 M gives a very smooth layer on the glass surface. Polyglas D4218 M is recommended to be sprayed on glass after dilution at the rate of 1 to 2% in demi water depending of working condition and asked perfomance.The preferred bottle temperature is 65 to 130 °C.

Labelling

Use casein glue.

Uses

Polyglas D4218 M is intended to impart protection and lubricating to bottles, jars, and exterior surface which are subject to abrasive contact with each other, during filling, handing and trasportation.

Storage

Polyglas D4218 M is stable in closed container for 12 months. Storage temperature must be > 15 °C.

Packing

50 Kg net one way lined steel drums.

The producer is BVQi certified.
